pristine condition and in a timely manner. Our logistics framework is designed to
provide transparency and security from our atelier to your doorstep.
I. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment. Most standard orders
are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note:
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following
business day.
Exclusive capsule drops or high-demand periods may extend processing times.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has
transitioned to our carrier.
II. DOMESTIC SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We offer a tiered shipping structure to accommodate your needs:
1. Standard Shipping
Our standard domestic delivery window is typically 5–10 business days from the
date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly based on regional carrier efficiency
and destination.
2. Expedited Shipping
Calculated at checkout, express options are available for those requiring a more
immediate arrival. Please note that expedited shipping does not bypass the initial
order processing time.
III. INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS
The Rogue Avenue ships globally. International delivery times vary by destination,
typically ranging from 7–21 business days.
Customs, Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties and
taxes once a shipment reaches your country. These charges are the sole
responsibility of the recipient.
IV. TRACKING & DELIVERY
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be provided via email. It is the
responsibility of the client to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and
secure. We are not responsible for shipments delivered to incorrect addresses
provided by the buyer or for "porch piracy" once a package is marked as delivered by
the carrier.
V. LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you
have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. If the issue remains
unresolved after 5 business days, contact our concierge team.
VI. PACKAGING & SUSTAINABILITY
